Good Intentions, Bad Art
‘Good Intentions, Bad Art’ is the first of an eight-episode podcast series featuring art historians, literary critics and theologians discussing first encounters with AI-generated art. This episode asks the question, ‘Are good intentions a necessary ingredient of good art?’ Artists have always used tools. But what happens when tools make art?
The Art and AI podcast is a joint presentation of National Gallery X, the Centre for Philosophy and Art at King’s College London, and the UKRI Trustworthy Autonomous Systems Hub.
You can listen to episode one, 'Good Intentions, Bad Art' and all remaining episodes of the Art and AI podcast on Spotify. The episodes can also be accessed from the National Gallery X website.
